What Interiors Really Cost in Chennai

Most studios hide behind a vague estimate. We would rather show you the arithmetic. Start with the estimator below: set your scope and finish and it returns a range for your own home, in two minutes and before anyone visits your site. Then the rest of this guide explains what each range buys, what moves it, and how to pay for it — and a free site assessment turns the range into an itemised quote.

Instant estimate

Your home, in a range

Set your scope and finish and the estimator returns a range, itemised line by line — never a single confident number it has no right to. Two minutes, no site visit, no obligation.

Four levels of finish

The tiers differ in what they are made of, not in how much we care. Each row below is a real specification — the board, the hardware, the surface — so you can see precisely what a rupee buys as you move up.

How long it takes

Factory production and site work run in parallel, which is why the total below is shorter than the sum of its phases. These are planning targets we hold ourselves to, stated as targets — not a guarantee dressed up as one.

The fine print, up front

What the number includes

The fastest way to be disappointed by an interior quote is to assume what is in it. Here is both halves — what we quote, and what is quoted separately — for the two scopes people ask about most.

Paying for it

Spread it, comfortably

EMI options run up to 24 months, with no-cost EMI on select plans. As a worked example: ₹3.5L over 18 months is roughly ₹19,444 a month*. The exact plan, and any terms attached to it, are set out in writing before you commit — never assumed.

Straight answers

Before you ask

How much does home interior cost in Chennai?

It depends on scope and finish. As a guide, an Essentials 2BHK starts around ₹3.5–6 lakh and a Premium 3BHK around ₹6–12 lakh, while a modular kitchen starts from ₹50,000. Use the calculator above for an instant range, then book a free site visit for an exact quote.

What is included in your interior packages?

Packages typically include modular kitchen, wardrobes and a TV unit, plus your free 3D walkthrough. Premium and turnkey scopes add false ceiling, lighting and painting. Civil work, appliances and loose furniture are usually quoted separately — see the included/excluded list above.

Do you offer EMI or no-cost EMI?

Yes. We offer EMI options up to 24 months, with no-cost EMI available on select plans, so you can spread the cost of your interiors comfortably.

Why is the price shown as a range and not a fixed number?

Interiors are made to your space, layout and finish choice, so an honest figure is a range until we measure your home. Your free site visit and 3D design convert the range into a transparent, itemised quote.

Is the 3D design and quote really free?

Yes — the HD 3D walkthrough and the itemised quote are completely free, with no obligation to proceed.

10

First principles

Three things move the number

Everything else is detail. Understand these three and you can read any interior quote in Chennai — ours included — and know whether it is honest.

  1. 01

    Scope

How many rooms, and how much of each one. A kitchen and two wardrobes is a different project from a full home — and should be a different conversation.

  2. 02

    Finish

The single biggest lever. The same wardrobe in laminate, in acrylic and in veneer are three different prices for the same carcass.

  3. 03

    Site

What your walls, floors and services actually need before anything can be fitted. This is what a site visit is for, and why an honest figure waits for one.
